About This Print

My first business was a snorkel shop on Napili Bay, on Maui. I knew that bay by heart: its reef, its break, and every warning I gave the thousands of tourists we rented gear to. It lit the entrepreneurial fire and grounded me on a tiny island for years, where I learned how to run a business and how to work with partners.
Maui is where I started to paddle, met my husband at the canoe club, and had our first child. Napili is still an anchor point for the relationships that carry through my life today. This floral feels like Maui itself: always moving, always in flower.
